Now that you have access to this page, you can complete your registration process by following the
steps below and sending us the required documents in order for us to process your application and
visa’s.
If you are going to Iraq Ziyarat follow Steps 1 – 3 and 5 -6. If you are going to Iran and Iraq Ziyarat
follow steps 1-6.
Step 1 and 2 should be emailed as soon as your register. Step 3 and 4 should be completed and
sent when mailing your passport ( up to two months prior to departure date)

Step 1 – Complete the visa registration form and email it to tahaziyarat@gmail.com

1. Complete the registration form for all people going to ziyarat
2. E-mail the form and the scan / picture copy of your passport to us
3. Passports should have validity of at least six months from the travel date
4. For registration, you will need to deposit $250 US per person (Ask for instruction if it has not been
discussed with you)

Step 2 – Passport

1. E-mail the form in Step 1 and the scan / picture copy of your passport (Step 2) to
tahaziyarat@gmail.com
2. Passports should have validity of at least six months from the travel date

Step 3 – Iraq Visa form

1. Complete the Visa application form for the Iraqi Embassy, Print, sign and date each form.
2. A sample form is provided to refer to if you have any questions.
3. Note to Travelers from Canada. The Iraqi embassy in Canada requires that each individual / or family
send a copy of their immunization record. Or A medical note from the doctor indicating that the
applicant is free of any communicable/ contagious diseases, and is able to travel.

 

Step 4 – Iran Visa form

1. Complete the Visa application form for the Iranian Embassy, Print, sign and date each form.
2. A sample form is provided to refer to if you have any questions.

 

Step 5 – Picture Photo

1. For Iraq ziyarat visa, please provide 2 picture photos
2. For Iran and Iraq ziyarat visa, please provide 4 picture photos for both countries (two for Iran and
two for Iraq)
3. The picture photo must be of professional quality, 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm, white background, front face, and
been taken within the last six months. All female applicants of age nine and above must have Islamic
head cover (hejab). Please write your name lightly on the back of the pictures

Step 6 – Mail your documents

 Documents/ forms from Step 3 – 5 should be mailed to Tahaziyarat for visa processing.
 IF you are living outside north America please consult with us so that we can inform you where to send
your passport and document for visa

Please ensure to mail us the following
1. Completed application form in Step 3 (if travelling to Iraq) and Step 4 ( if travelling to Iran and Iraq)
o One form should be completed per person / Per passport.
o Ensure the bottom (signature section) of each form is signed and dated

4. Medical Note Described in Step 3 – (Only for Iraq travelers)
5. The payment in USD cash in you are dropping off the documents in person
6. If you mail your documents, please send a pre-paid registered envelop with your address so that we
can mail the documents back to you. *** All documents mailed should be via a registered mail that
require signature for tracking purposes
